An allocation agent reroutes a response team based on a stale feed, pulling it away from where it is needed. An authorization gate holds any resource-moving action for a named operator, so the reroute cannot execute on the agent's say-so alone.

An improper aid disbursement

An assistance agent approves a batch of individual-assistance payments that do not meet eligibility rules. Per-action authorization stops the disbursement, and the attempt is logged as improper-payment evidence for oversight.

An anomalous disbursement pattern

An agent begins approving payments in a pattern well outside its baseline, a possible error or fraud signal. Behavioral monitoring flags it and auto-quarantines the agent before the pattern compounds into a mass improper payout.
