Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 11, 2026 · Last updated: August 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Agentomy, LLC ("Agentomy," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you visit agentomy.com and its subdomains, contact us, subscribe to our communications, or use our products and services (together, the "Services").
Please read it together with our Terms of Use and, if you hold an account or a commercial agreement, our Terms of Service.
1. Who we are and how to reach us
Agentomy, LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. We operate the Services from the United States.

For the purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, Agentomy is the controller of personal information we collect through our marketing website and communications. Where we process customer content on behalf of a business customer under a commercial agreement, we act as a processor and that agreement governs.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us
- Contact and inquiry data: name, business email, company, role, and the contents of your message when you use a contact form or email us.
- Account data: credentials and profile details if you create an account.
- Marketing preferences: the lists you subscribe to and your consent choices.
- Billing data: where you purchase a paid plan. Card details are collected and processed by our payment processor; Agentomy does not store full payment card numbers.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and connection data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, language, and referring URL.
- Usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, scroll depth, and the sequence of pages you visit.
- Server logs: our hosting infrastructure produces standard access logs (request path, timestamp, response code, user agent, IP address) as a normal operational artifact.
- Cookies and similar technologies: including pixels, tags, local storage and server-side tagging, as described in Section 4.
2.3 Information from third parties
- Advertising and analytics partners may provide aggregated campaign performance, conversion and audience data.
- Business partners and referral sources may share your contact details where you have asked to be introduced to us or have consented to the introduction.
2.4 Product data
The open-source Agentomy Agent framework does not transmit telemetry to Agentomy. Where you self-host the platform, governance events and audit records are produced and stored on your own infrastructure. If you configure optional third-party AI providers under the Bring Your Own Key model, your key remains in your environment, is never transmitted to Agentomy, and does not appear in audit events, governance reports or logs.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, secure and improve the Services.
- To respond to inquiries, provide support, and manage our relationship with you.
- To send transactional and administrative messages, including service and security notices.
- To send marketing communications, including newsletters, product announcements and event invitations, where permitted or where you have consented.
- To measure and improve our marketing, including attribution, conversion measurement, audience building and remarketing.
- To detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on these legal bases: consent (non-essential cookies, advertising, and marketing email where consent is required); contract (providing the Services you request); legitimate interests (securing and improving the Services, and direct marketing to business contacts, balanced against your rights); and legal obligation.
4. Cookies, tags, analytics and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, understand how it is used, and measure and deliver advertising. Non-essential technologies are loaded only where you have given consent through our cookie banner, or where your browser or an applicable law establishes a different default.
4.1 Categories
- Strictly necessary: required to serve the site, maintain security, balance load, and remember your cookie choices. These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics and performance: help us understand traffic and improve content.
- Advertising and remarketing: used to measure campaigns and to show you Agentomy advertising on other platforms after you have visited our site.
4.2 The specific technologies we use
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (Google LLC): website analytics and tag deployment. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Ads and Google remarketing (Google LLC): advertising, conversion measurement and remarketing audiences.
- Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API (Meta Platforms, Inc.): advertising, conversion measurement and custom or lookalike audiences on Facebook and Instagram. See Meta's Privacy Policy.
- Stape: server-side tagging infrastructure. Stape hosts a server-side tagging container that receives event data from your browser and forwards it to the destinations we configure, such as Google and Meta. Server-side tagging changes where tags execute, not whether the disclosures and consent choices in this policy apply: your consent choices are enforced for server-side tagging in the same way as for browser-side tags.
- Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Corporation): hosting, content delivery, and platform telemetry and diagnostics used to operate and secure the site.
These providers may set their own cookies and identifiers and may process your data as independent controllers or as joint controllers with us, depending on the service and your location. Their own privacy notices govern that processing.
4.3 Managing your choices
- Cookie banner: use the banner presented on your first visit to accept or decline non-essential cookies. Declining is a single click and is given the same prominence as accepting. You may change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie preferencescontrol in the footer of every page, which reopens the banner. Nothing non-essential is set before you accept: advertising and analytics storage default to denied until you choose.
- Global Privacy Control: where required by law, we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing of personal information.
- Google: opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on, and manage ads at Google Ads Settings.
- Meta: manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
- Industry tools: YourAdChoices (DAA) and NAI opt-out.
- Browser controls: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working.
5. Email marketing
If you subscribe, request materials, or are an existing business contact, we may send you marketing email about Agentomy products, research and events. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link, and you may also email privacy@agentomy.com to be removed. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional or administrative messages about an account, purchase, security incident, or legal notice, which are necessary to provide the Services.
We may use hashed email addresses to build and suppress advertising audiences with the platforms named in Section 4. Hashing is a protective measure, not anonymization; treat it as personal information for the purposes of your rights under Section 8.
6. How we share information
- Service providers and processors: hosting, content delivery, email delivery, analytics, advertising, payment processing, customer support and security vendors, acting on our instructions.
- Advertising and analytics platforms: as described in Section 4.
- Business partners: we work with partners who build on or resell governance technology, including Lexara. Where you engage with a joint offering, request an introduction, or respond to a joint campaign, we may share your contact details and the context of your interest with that partner so they can respond. The partner is an independent controller of what it receives and its own privacy notice governs its use.
- Corporate transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy continuing to apply to the transferred information.
- Legal and safety: where required by law, subpoena or other legal process, or where necessary to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Services.
We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of advertising and remarketing technologies may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, and similar laws in other states. You may opt out as described in Sections 4.3 and 8.
7. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal information out of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum where applicable. You may request information about these safeguards at privacy@agentomy.com.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights: to know or access the personal information we hold about you; to correct it; to delete it; to obtain a portable copy; to opt out of targeted advertising, sale or sharing; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; to withdraw consent at any time; to object to or restrict processing; and to not be discriminated against for exercising any of them.
These rights arise under laws including the EU and UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and the consumer privacy statutes of states including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and Montana, each as applicable to you.
To exercise a right, email privacy@agentomy.com. We will verify your request, typically by confirming control of the email address associated with the information, and respond within the period required by applicable law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authority. If we decline, we will explain why and how to appeal; where the law provides an appeal right, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and you may also complain to your supervisory authority or state attorney general.
9. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, then delete or de-identify it. Inquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the matter and for a reasonable period afterward for reference and legal defense. Marketing records are retained until you unsubscribe, plus the period needed to honor your suppression. Server logs and analytics data are retained according to the retention settings of the relevant platform. Records required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance are kept for the period the law requires.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
The Services are intended for businesses and for individuals aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact privacy@agentomy.com and we will delete it.
12. Third-party sites
Our site links to third-party websites and repositories we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not apply to them.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above, and for material changes we will provide additional notice as required by law. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
