Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

Agentomy, LLC is committed to making agentomy.com usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, speech input, or other assistive technology. We treat accessibility as part of building the site correctly, not as a separate exercise.

2. Conformance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard most commonly referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 508.

3. Current conformance status

agentomy.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means most of the site meets the standard, and some content does not yet. We state this plainly rather than claiming full conformance, because we have not completed a formal third-party audit and we would rather publish an accurate status than a flattering one.

4. What we have implemented

A declared page language, so assistive technology pronounces content correctly.
Semantic landmarks and heading structure, so a screen-reader user can navigate by region and by heading rather than reading linearly.
A "Skip to main content" link, so keyboard users can bypass the navigation menu on every page.
Text alternatives for images that convey information.
Decorative video and overlays marked so assistive technology ignores them instead of announcing them as content.
ARIA roles, labels and states on interactive components, including menus and expandable regions.
Visible keyboard focus indicators.
Reduced-motion support: animations and transitions are suppressed when your system requests it, and the decorative background videos on the homepage and solutions pages are removed entirely rather than left looping (WCAG 2.2.2, Pause, Stop, Hide).
Responsive layouts that support zoom and reflow without horizontal scrolling.
A cookie banner that is reachable and operable by keyboard, labelled for assistive technology, and gives declining the same prominence and the same single click as accepting.

5. Known limitations

We publish these because you deserve to know before you hit them, and because a statement that names nothing is not a statement.

Formal audit not yet complete. We have not commissioned an independent accessibility audit, so there may be issues we have not found. Reports from users are treated as findings.
Third-party content. Some pages link to external repositories, registries and documents we do not control and cannot remediate.

6. How we assess accessibility

We evaluate through a combination of automated checks in development, manual keyboard-only navigation, and review of markup semantics. Where we identify a barrier, we log it and prioritize it against severity and the number of people affected. We do not use accessibility overlay or widget products, which are widely reported to interfere with the assistive technology people already use.

7. Tell us about a barrier, and get help

If you encounter anything on agentomy.com you cannot access or use, tell us and we will fix it or find you another way to get what you need.

Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology and browser you were using, if you know them. We aim to acknowledge within 3 business days and to give you a remediation plan or a working alternative within 10 business days. If a fix will take longer, we will tell you that and provide the information or function another way in the meantime.

8. Alternative access

If any content or function on the site is not accessible to you, contact us and we will provide it in another format or assist you directly, at no cost to you.

9. Formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, say so in a reply and it will be escalated for review. This statement does not limit any right you have under the Americans with Disabilities Act or other applicable law, and nothing here is a waiver of your rights.
