Pre-launch status. Agentomy is pre-revenue and in pre-public-launch hardening. The platform runs in self-hosted mode today; the hosted API surface at api.agentomy.com is not yet live. Commercial-license inquiries are answered directly by the maintainer. Source-code escrow and 30-day sub-processor change-notification terms are available on request under a commercial agreement. SLA, indemnification carve-outs, and HIPAA Business Associate Agreements are negotiable as part of the commercial engagement; standard liability terms appear in Terms of Use.

Commercial license: deploy without AGPL-3.0 obligations on derivative work. Unlocks proprietary engine components held back from the open-source build.
Deployment assistance: guided integration with your existing agent fleet, RPA platform, trading venue, medical device manufacturer, AV fleet operator, or industrial OT environment.
Compliance evidence packs: pre-mapped artefacts for EU AI Act, ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, SOC 2, DORA, MiFID II, SEC 15c3-5, plus jurisdiction-specific frameworks on request.
Priority vulnerability disclosure handling: direct channel, accelerated triage and fix targets.
Roadmap input: proportional to engagement size.
