By accessing or using agentomy.com or any Agentomy software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Agentomy provides an AI agent governance platform consisting of two layers:
Agentomy Agent (open source framework): Published under the MIT license. You may use, modify, and distribute it freely under the terms of that license.
Agentomy (commercial product): Proprietary software. Access requires a separate commercial agreement. The commercial product includes additional governance capabilities not available in the open source framework.
Agentomy Agent is currently in alpha. The software is provided as-is under the MIT license. It has been internally tested and validated. It has not yet completed third-party security audit. APIs may change. Use in production environments is at your own discretion.
The Agentomy name, logo, and brand assets are the property of Agentomy. The Agentomy Agent open source framework is licensed under MIT. GovernanceBench is published as an open standard under Apache 2.0 license. The Agentomy platform is licensed under AGPL-3.0. All other software, documentation, and materials not explicitly licensed under these open source licenses remain proprietary.
GovernanceBench v1.0 is an independently developed benchmark methodology. Results reflect the testing methodology described in the GovernanceBench documentation. GovernanceBench scores are not a substitute for professional security audit. Organizations should conduct their own due diligence when evaluating AI governance platforms.
The service and software are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Agentomy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
